Melissa is an awesome travel agent. She was extremely knowledgeable about Disney World and provided us with tons of information. We had (what I hope is a rare circumstance) our trip planned for months for a specific week and our child got sick with asthma trouble on top. Doctor advised us to not travel until it was under control. Melissa helped with EVERYTHING to push our trip back a week. With a Disney World trip so many things are planned way in advance since that’s the only way to get into certain character breakfasts or restaurants and such. I believe Melissa was able to get us back every single reservation we had originally which I’m sure was a time consuming task. I couldn’t have been any more grateful to all the hard work she put into making our trip the best one we could have had and it was our first time taking our children. Even while we were in Disney she checked in on us to make sure things were going smoothly. I’m so glad a mutual friend put me into contact with Melissa!
