Jennifer was so wonderful to work with. She is so detail oriented and is on top of everything you need to know for your Disney trip. We unfortunately had to cancel the first trip we planned and reschedule for a year later. She took care of everything with kindness and enthusiasm related to canceling and rescheduling during that stressful time. I can not thank her enough for that! She was also always watching out for opportunities and providing information on how to improve our trip or save us money when discounts came up from Disney. There is no way I would have been able to do on my own. Her expertise with Disney has made the planning of our trip pain free and incredibly smooth.
