A real MAGICAL Disney experience for our family!
Michelle was so informative on every detail from start to finish! She helped us so much in making big decisions whether it be the hotel we chose, dinner reservations, popular shows or events we needed to experience, meal plan advice, fast passes, airfare, grocery delivery to hotel etc etc!!! She made our whole planning experience stress free and exciting!! She took care of EVERYTHING we needed. Even while in Disney she took care of changing a dinner reservation for us. I felt she was always accessible with any questions or concerns that could arise. We can’t wait to go back to Disney and would love to use her all over again. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so!

Personal service is unmatched!! Highly recommend!!
Michelle is always great to work with. She has booked several trips for me including Walt Disney World, Universal, and several cruises. I won't use anyone else because of her personal service. Every trip I booked was different, one adults only, one a small group and another a multi-family, multi-generational trip and each one was spot on!! She really gets to know her clients and gives them exactly what they ask for. She was always able to work within my budget. I'll never go anywhere else!!

Michelle helped us book our trip to Universal Studios and Disney. She quickly responded to any texts and calls I had and would always find the answers I needed. Our trip was delayed two years because of Covid and Michelle was so patient as we cancelled, booked, and rebooked several times. When we got to the hotel in Orlando, there was an issue with our booking and Michelle went above and beyond to call the manager. As a result, the hotel generously compensated us for their mistake and she took all the stress away. I would absolutely recommend Michelle to anyone for their traveling needs!
