Kristin is amazing! We travelled to Disney with 7 children five and under. She made it a breeze! She taught us so much about navigating Disney, helped us with the app, reservations, what to bring, all the recommendations for our family with kids our age, etc! She goes above and beyond while scheduling our trip and also while we were there. She was always available for questions and best suggestions while I was standing in the middle of the park not sure what to do next. She helped us with accommodations, transportation, tickets, and even a birthday cake! She helped us have a trip of a lifetime.

Kristin Will Make Magic Happen!
Kristin provided a comprehensive experience for our Disney World trip. She made it fun from the beginning, sending us hotel options within our budget with videos of the resorts to help us choose which one we liked best. She was responsive to every text and email with knowledgeable answers and great tips.
When we were at the parks she woke up early to help us secure spots in the virtual queues and lightning lanes. She kept tabs on our day and booked the next lightning lanes when they became available. She helped with magical extras, dinning reservation, car service, and everything in between.
I'm looking forward to booking our next Disney trip with Kristin!

Fantastic Disney vacation !
Kristin made my Disney planning experience a breeze. She handled everything from booking dining to getting us on Tron the first day of the soft opening. She waiting on hold with Disney to fix a ticket mistake I made . She even called me the day before the parks to make sure I really understood how Genie + worked. She was an amazing travel agent and went above and beyond for my family.

Absolutely wonderful! Kristin had us so prepared for everything. She went above and beyond and was always available to us. Honestly the best service rep I've ever worked with anywhere!

Kristin was absolutely amazing. On the first day of the trip I got sick and my husband took our kids to Magic Kingdom solo. Kristin was available all day booking them genie+, helping them navigate the park and even called the hotel to send me Powerade. Above and beyond doesn’t even describe what she did for us. She checked in every morning and was highly responsive the whole trip. She’s already booked Disney World trips for two of our friends and we can’t wait to plan with her again in the future.
